Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the El3ab mobile application ("App") operated by AL-Arcade ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using El3ab, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or profile images
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain unfair advantages
Disrupt matches or tournaments intentionally (e.g., repeatedly disconnecting)
Impersonate other users or AL-Arcade staff
Spam or send unsolicited messages through the chat system
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Tournament participation is subject to specific rules displayed before registration.
AL-Arcade reserves the right to disqualify players who violate tournament rules.
Prize distribution is handled by AL-Arcade and is subject to verification.
Players who disconnect or fail to join within the allowed time may be eliminated.
Tournament entry fees, if any, are non-refundable once the tournament begins.
Chat messages are sent between players during matches.
You are solely responsible for the content of your messages.
AL-Arcade reserves the right to suspend or ban users who abuse the chat system.
All content, design, graphics, and code in El3ab are the property of AL-Arcade.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
Chess piece designs, board layouts, and UI elements are proprietary.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
El3ab is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That matchmaking will always find opponents
That servers will always be available
Specific tournament outcomes
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL-Arcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
