Welcome to El3ab, a mobile gaming platform operated by EL3AB, a company registered and operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the El3ab mobile application, our website, and any related services.

By downloading, installing, or using El3ab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Services.

When you create an account, participate in tournaments, or interact with our Services, we may collect the following:

Account Information: Full name, username, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), date of birth, and your governorate or city of residence.
Profile Information: Profile picture, display name, bio, and any other information you choose to add to your public profile.
Payment Information: If you make in-app purchases or receive tournament prizes, we may collect billing details, payment method information, and transaction history. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers.
Communication Data: Messages, feedback, support requests, and any content you send to us or share with other users within the App.
Tournament Data: Registration details, match results, rankings, and your tournament history.

When you use our Services, we automatically collect the following:

Device Information: Device type, model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID), screen resolution, and language settings.
Usage Data: Features used, games played, session duration, match history, in-app actions, and interaction patterns.
Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier, connection type (Wi-Fi or cellular), and network quality metrics.
Location Data: We collect approximate location based on your IP address and network information. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, enable gameplay, matchmaking, and real-time multiplayer functionality, organize and run tournaments, calculate and display rankings, ELO ratings, and leaderboards, and process in-app purchases and distribute tournament prizes.

We use your information to analyze usage patterns and improve app performance, features, and user experience, identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues, and conduct research and development for new features and games.

Communication

We use your information to send service-related notifications such as match invitations, tournament updates, and account alerts, to respond to your support requests and feedback, and to send promotional communications about new features, events, or tournaments. Promotional communications are only sent with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

We use your information to detect, prevent, and address cheating, fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activities, enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines, and verify player identity for tournament eligibility.

With Other Players

Your public profile information — including your username, profile picture, rank, game statistics, and tournament history — is visible to other El3ab users. This is necessary for the competitive nature of the platform. Match results and leaderboard positions are publicly displayed within the App.

With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, including:

Cloud hosting providers for servers and data storage
Payment processors for handling financial transactions
Analytics services (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics)
Push notification services
Customer support tools

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it for the purposes we specify.

For Legal Reasons

Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored on secure servers. We may use cloud infrastructure providers with servers located in Egypt and internationally. Regardless of location, we apply the same level of protection described in this policy.

El3ab is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Parental Consent

For users between 13 and 18 years of age, we recommend that a parent or legal guardian reviews this Privacy Policy and supervises the use of the App. By allowing a minor to use El3ab, the parent or guardian agrees to this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf.

Discovery of Underage Users

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 is using our Services, please contact us immediately.
